Description

Only Rudder knows what are EventLogService/Repository is and how to handle them, that make no sense today to have them define in a meta-project and complexify code modification for no good reason.

On the other hand, ModificationId is something related to eventLogs, and is used in both cf-clerk and rudder, and so should go in that package.
