On a new installed server Rudder 2.5, some tables are missing, leading to numerous error messages

Description
When installing a new rudder server 2.5 (not a migrated server), two tables are missing : gitcommit and rudderproperties.
This is due to a typo in database schema "ReportsSchema.sql", which cause the table to not be created on rudder installation
If those two tables are missing, some new features can't work (rollback, non compliant report logger).
Server Rudder runs fine, but it logs a lot of error lines in the webapp log file(linked to the fact that the table are missing)
Running a rollback don't work with an error message.
There is no stacktrace visible for the user.

Vincent, can you please clarify this bug to explain what the impact of this problem is? The fact that tables are missing is the technical explanation causing the bug, not the bug.

When does this bug occur? (I think only on new installs, not for upgrades) What is the effect? (You say "some new features can't work", but how does this appear to the user? Is there an error message in the interface? Deleted data? A stacktrace in the interface? In the logs? etc)

I updated the title and the description:
It happens only on new installed server rudder, not migrated one.
Rudder works fine, there is a lot of error messages (both in logs (non compliant report logger) and in the webapp (rollback) complaining that databases are not working)
There is no stacktrace, only error message and Rudder doesn't stop running.
