Description
Since we linked change request and event log using a modification id, we need a migration script to modify the change request table
a migration file "dbMigration-2.6-2.6-add-modification-Id-change-request-column.sql"
should it be named 2.5-2.6 instead? I named it 2.6-2.6 because it is migration vrom 2.6.0 beta1 to beta2.
