After saving a Directive, the tooltips in the form don't appear anymore

Description
In the directive edition page, once the form has been save, the tooltip are not showed anymore
Reloading the page solves the issue

- Target version changed from 2.6.16 to 2.6.17
- Target version changed from 2.6.17 to 2.6.18
- Target version changed from 2.6.18 to 2.6.19

- Status changed from New to Rejected
This is not the case anymore in 2.10 and up.
