User story #3945: Store agent executions history in a 'lightweight' table, to speed up Rudder web interface
Add migration script for 'execution reports' process

Description
As we added a new table to postgresql database and two new properties in in rudder-web we have to update the migration script.
The SQL migration script is :
- dbMigration-2.7-2.8-add-nodes-executions-storage.sql
The two new properties are:
- rudder.reportsExecution.maxDays
- rudder.reportsExecution.reportInterval
- Status changed from New to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to Jonathan CLARKE
