All other rpms have been installed without a problem.

It's fixed now. The problem was a missing gpg key for that specific repo.

To see what went wrong I needed to try to install the package manually.

When you run it manually, how did you detect that it was a pb with keys ?
Because of output ? Exit code ?

I did a manual "yum install foobar" and then answered "y" and then it complains about a missing gpg key.
