Path for template file in openssh technique is not valid:


      "ssh_template_file"             string => "40_it_ops_knowledge/ncf/openssh-server/sshd_config.tml";

there is typo 40_it_ops_knowledge/*ncf*/openssh-server/sshd_config.tml

the ncf part should be removed
