Description

On the Rules page there is the "big" white box with the yellow bar: Rule Management. And then there are 2 sections: categories and rules. The rules section reaches the bottom of the main white box. The categories section reaches only 2/3 of the main white box. Also, while it's not necessairy, there's a horizontal scroll bar in the categories section.

The attaches screenshot says it all!

Indeed, the rule table is 443 px high, so the category should have the same max height

because if you have too many categories, it will push even lower the rule configuration part

Yes it does, like it does when I select "Show 25|50|100 entries". It might be a good idea to reconsider (parts of) the layout of the web interface and work more with tabs. More features consume will more space. Just my 2 cents. :-)
