We'd need a bundle to add lines in an INI like file, anywhere in a section (like mysql config file),

Ha, I have a naming conflict issue on this one
We already have file_ensure_lines_in_section_present that ensure that we have key=value in INI section; so it is not doing as advertised
what we really need to do is to have complete lines (without = in them) in INI section
Can I rename the previous one ?

ok, the previous one didn't have unit test (one in staging), that didn't work, so i'm droping the old one
