Provide packages (agent/server) for Ubuntu 14.04 (LTS)

Description
In case of agent, the package for quantal works correctly. I haven't tested the server yet.

Yes since 14.04 is LTS we shoudl provide a dedicated support about it!
Good news that quantal packages are already working as agent!
Jon, do you have any insight about this ? When do you think this should be done, on which version ? ( 2.11 ?)

We should definitely do this. I'm surprised we didn't plan ahead, something must have slipped through the cracks :)
It's easy to do, once we've installed a builder here. Matthieu can do this when he gets back from vacation :)
Let's start by targeting 2.11, and if no changes are required to the packaging code, we can backport this to 2.10 and the stable version.
