Clean up process_matching.st to remove useless cron cleanup entries

Description
We have tons of legacy *h*t in process_matching to remove old cron entries, and we do not use check-rudder-agent everytime.
We should:- Rename this file (the original name is not really adequate anymore)
- Clean up the legacy crap
- Update our current cron.d file to only use check-rudder-agent
