The distributed installation scripts don't take into account the arguments which oblige to have servers with name "rudder-db", "rudder-ldap", "rudder-relay-top" and "rudder-web"

Description
The scripts which permit to install rudder in a distributed mode lack of flexibility. They are not capable of taking into account argument to rename the hosts of servers.
In the documentation, the scripts should be able to run with arguments.
