System variables are no longer available directly in every technique

Description

System variables used to be available in all the generated code, even without stating we would use them it in metasata.xml
This have changed (but I don't know when), and leads to weird behaviour (as it is completly unexpected)

It may or may not be a bug, depending on the point of view
