rudder-init cannot have multiple allowed networks as arguments

Description
when running rudder-init.sh, it's stated that usage is:
rudder-init.sh hostname DemoData LDAPReset InitialPromisesReset AllowedNetwork1 [AllowedNetwork2]...
But only the first allowed network is taken into account.
We should manage multiple allowed networks
