Description

The changelog files for each technique is most of the time not up to date or empty, so we can't know what changed between each version

We'd need to correct them all for user to be able to know what changed

Only motdConfiguration and sshConfiguration are missing a changelog

These changelogs should be pretty easy to rebuild, by running git log <version of the Technique>, since all commits on there should represent changes from the previous versions.
