I'm not sure this is a good idea to remove pagination. It's something we had for a long time, people are used to it
Plus, there may be a lot lot lot of rules on a node (hundreds), with some of them a lot of directives, so unfolding it all will result into too long pages, where we couldn't navigate anymore

If the issue is "see what is wrong", the solution is probably "show what is wrong on the top"
