Event log table cannot be opened on other pages than first one

Description

Since #5960 was merged in rc1, you cannot open details of event logs on a different page than the first one.

This because callbacks were adding over an over when you switch of page.

We should remove previous callbacks (like we do for compliance table)

ANd this fix everything
