Description

Help the developer to clean its local and remote git repositories.

rudder-dev cleanup : remove all branches that have all their commit included in NRM repository and their matching ticket closed.
rudder-dev cleanup --closed : ask the user if he wants to remove each branch that are based on a closed ticket.

Maybe we could add some option to clean a bit more
