When we use ncf builder, it knows who is connected.

This information should be added to the comment stored in git commit when we save the technique so that we can track the event of technique modification from technique editor as other technique modification.

Vincent, do you see a way to get the currently connected user in Technique Editor ?
Once we have it, it should be quite easy to pass it to the post hooks where the git commit is done.
