send-clean.sh always wait for expiration time for signed inventories

Description

In send-clean.sh, when we have a signed inventory, we are not looking for the right signature filename, but for basename.gz.sign.

Of course, we don't have it, so the script always wait until expiration time and assume we are in compat mode (without signature) for it.
