Be able to execute actions simultaneously on several nodes

Description

Some actions would require beeing able to execute on multiple machines at the same time (cluster ?) and the time granularity of CFEngine will be troublesome.

We should be able to:
  • Define actions on bundles to be here but not executed
  • Trigger the execution of those bundles using cf-runagent
  • Be able to identify the target machines for those bundles, from their groupid and building on each policy server a client specific list (relays?)

It seems important to have this to manage business applications.
