Remove all deprecated techniques from new 3.2 installation

Description
Delete all deprecated techniques so new installation will not have the deprecated ones
This will not remove them from existing installation (pre 3.2) and will not modify them after upgrade to 3.2
Just prevent having those techniques in new installation
