Description
conf-repo does not exists when ncf-api-venv is installed
ncf-api-venv does not exist either

I installed tonight nightly rudder-webapp.noarch 1398866025:3.2.0.beta1.git201511242242-1.EL.6 and the issue is not solved
I still don't have the home folder of ncf-api-venv created
creating the folder, and setting it to owner/group ncf-api-venv solved the issue
Yeah, folder création was removed un last commit i thought another part would do it...
I know what to do for final fix:
- readd home as managed files with correct owner
- move user checks and création into preinstall script ( so thé file can be created with correct owner...)
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.5 which was released today.
