Compliance bar in nodes list should trigger node compliance details display

Description
When clicking on compliance bar on list nodes it does nothing :(
It should redirect/open node details so we can look at compliance (better idéa, it should open the compliance tab => to do in a next PR)
- Related to User story #7663: Have a link to the host's reports from node list added
- Translation missing: en.field_tag_list set to Quick and important, Ease of use
- Assignee set to Vincent MEMBRÉ
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.6 and 3.2.0 which were released today.
