Help the user identify duplicate uuids

Description

A UUID is used twice can lead to various problems and we should avoid it.
But sometimes is happens. So we should help the user detect them.

One way to do this is to record the source IP in reports database.
Then we can simply detects that there are more than one IP overlapping in the last few reports.
