User story #8328: Update fusioninventory to 2.3.17

Description
We embed a funsioninventory configuration file agent.cfg but be call fusioninventory with --config=none which ignores the configuration file.
So we should either remove the --config=none or remove the configuration file.

So, we need to remove the config file.
