Description

As these feature are always enabled, we don't have to manage them in migration to 4.0. We can let existing value in the LDAP, that's not important, they will be ignored (and new installation will just not have them).

For JS, we must keep a migration script from 3.x to 4.0 to enable it (else people who didn't look at it in 3.1 will not know that it is enabled by default in 4.0).
