User story #7093: Include Timezone in Inventory

Description
We added in the upper task a new fusion module to get the timezone. We need to add the necessary CPAN modules to get an accurate timezone representation now.
To be cleare: currently, the timezone returned is OS specific, and given by the OS. So we can ends with localized or non standard names (especially on windows).
There is a CPAN module that allows to normalize and clean all of that so that the returned value is always in the standard format.
