Description

Hi,

When developing techniques, and you have an issue, it would help if it would be displayed somewhere in the webapp, as currently the only place you can retrieve it is the webapp log, like for example:

[2016-11-10 13:26:36] ERROR com.normation.cfclerk.services.impl.GitTechniqueReader - Ignoring technique '/Custom/timeSettings/1.0/metadata.xml' because the descriptor file is malformed. \
 Error message was: Unexpected issue with the descriptor file /Custom/timeSettings/1.0/metadata.xml at line 35, column 7: \
   The element type "SECTIONS" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</SECTIONS>".
