Description
It seems agent 3.7 enterprise needs agentallconnects to work correctly with new protocol, so we need to also generate the allowallconnects entry in cf-serverd.cf

targeting to 3.2, as it is cfengine 3.7 related

ha, it was in 3.2, and has been removed in 4.0
