Description

Document misses the important information

tag in metadata.xml is 

<POLICYGENERATION>separated</POLICYGENERATION>

and bundle name needs to be

<NAME>fileTemplate_RudderUniqueID</NAME>

The special tag _RudderUniqueID is replaced by the directive id
