Description
A quick test with a 3.1 server and 3.1 and 4.3 agents shows that the 3.1.25 agent is ~10% faster than 4.3.0-rc3 with almost empty policies, which is quite unexpected.
We should investigate the reason behind this (and also compare the cost of promises from 4.3 compared to 3.1).
