When accepting a change request on a group, it's node list should be computed before saving

Description

Currently (or at least, in Rudder 4.1 and 4.3), when a change request on a group is accepted, the group is saved empty, and we need to wait for dynamic group update to kick in
we should save the group with the actual content

Note: we should surely have the computation synchronized, as we could accept a node at the same time, so it surely needs something within Rudder
