Description

`rudder-node-to-relay` script was use to promote a node to relay, since an API is available, we want to go through the API instead of making LDAP request.
Since this feature comes with the plugin, it must be the responsibility of the plugin to deploy it in /opt/rudder/share/commands/server-node-to-relay
