Add "edit that directive/group link" in rule selection trees

Description
Quite often, for example in démo, we want to be able to directly jump from the rule configuration screen to the group or directive screen.
So, we would like to add a little "edit" or "view" icon beside the directive/group name (node leafs of trees).

This came up again today, and would be really useful. It makes even less sense not to have now that Rudder 2.9+ has an interface to "edit" Rules directly from the Directives config screen.
