Description
The Administration / Report database returns size of table that doesn't match
On the webapp, we have 8.4 Go, while SELECT pg_size_pretty(pg_total_relation_size('ruddersysevents')); returns 18G
There is something dubious there

- Target version changed from 2.6.10 to 2.4.13
ha, it happens also on 2.4

Since we will not make any more releases of 2.4 version, moving all those issues to 2.6

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.6.10 which was released today.
