Store the state of the grids in all grid where we can select the number of lines per pages

Description
We can select the number of item per page on grid in Rule managmeent, Node list, Node groups, Event log and technical log.
However, these values are never retained.
dataTable offers a facility via cookies to store the user config of the grid (number of item per pages and filter) so that we you come back to the page, you are back where you were
