Error message should contain more information (trying to rudderify meta technique)

Description

While trying to rudderify a technique, I stumbled upon the following error:

ERROR: Exception triggered, Unable to parse file /usr/share/ncf/tree/50_techniques/ntp/ntp.cf
[Errno 2] No such file or directory

The file /usr/share/ncf/tree/50_techniques/ntp/ntp.cf was there, so I didn't understood first the cause.

Upon searching in details, I realized that it was because the cfengine binaries were not in the PATH, so non reachable.
Adding them in the path solved the issue, but it's clearly not easy to know
