It's related to #4882.
In the case where we have:

    <NETWORKS>
      <DESCRIPTION>en1</DESCRIPTION>
      <IPADDRESS>126.246.112.93</IPADDRESS>
      <IPDHCP>No</IPDHCP>
      <IPMASK>255.255.255.0</IPMASK>

      <STATUS>up</STATUS>

    </NETWORKS>
    <NETWORKS>

"en1" is not added, and there is a stacktrace.
