Description

INFO: Launching script to check if a migration is needed
/var/lib/dpkg/info/rudder-webapp.postinst: 86: /var/lib/dpkg/info/rudder-webapp.postinst: /opt/rudder/bin/rudder-upgrade: Permission denied

Somehow while they were moved from rudder-server-root to rudder-webapp packages, they lost their +x perms.
