When importing config from another rudder server, the number of generation is too high, and a huge amount of expected reports are generated

Description

I synchronized with git two Rudder server, in fast forward
On the server source, I deleted a Group, a Group Category and a Node

When doing the git push on the other server, the application logged 30 deployment, and generated 900 000 expected reports (this is not a typo). The normal number of expected reports on this system is 3249, so we have a factor 300

Don't know why it happened
It was on 2.11.4
