Roles are not deleted in the Rudder web Interface if the role is deleted from the node

Description

If I want to demote a node with role to a plain node, I should be able to simply remove the role file, regenerate the inventory. This should clear the role from the node (at least this is what I though, as the files on filesystem should take precedence over ldap).
Caution, if the role is hardcoded in the Rudder web interface config file, it should not be removed though
