Description

The goal is to fix the issue of #7037 on branch 3.0, reporting has changed a lot between 2.11 and 3.0 and the code must be adapted to this

I did some more tests and re-do most of the logic for grouping by unexpanded value.

The proposed PR allowed to correctly group things by value, but there is still problems with the CFEngine vars that should not happen. Some more looking at it needed.
