When we define node properties via the API, dynamic group are not automatically updated

Description
We can set node properties via the API, but unfortunately, this does not trigger a dynamic group recomputation, so nodes are not changing groups automatically. We have to wait for the next dynamic group update to generate up to date promises

Dynamic groups are now computed during policy generation and a policy generation is triggered by an update of Nodes properties so it should be ok
