Description
Same for master, we need to move the code to log_rudder which is the new logger, also called by logger_rudder.

This bug has been fixed in ncf version that comes with Rudder 3.2.8/7 which was released today.
- Related to Bug #9322: Some runs have no report on ncf if after upgrading from 3.1.13 added
