Make Jetty outputs heap dumps in /var/rudder/jetty

Description

Jetty is coredumping to /opt/rudder/jetty7, which is not optimal, as user mostly not tend to size /opt/rudder to a size to also account for heapdumps.

It would be advisable to use a directory below /var/rudder (which is sized appropriately) to let jetty coredump.
