Filter on Change Requests does not show any results

Description

What I did is:
  1. Create "Group1" + Select "Include policy server" => CR1
  2. Create "Rule1" + add "Group1" to the rule => CR2
  3. Accept CR2
  4. Decline CR1
  5. Try to look at the CR-List

(this has probably nothing to do with it, but I included it for the sake of the completeness)

Then nothing shows up in the CR-List, even when changing the Status-filter to anything, it always shows:

Showing 0 to 0 of 0 entries (filtered from 3 total entries)
