Description

It is missing proper documentation, like at least

rudder server directive-upgrade -n packageManagement

Plus it requires the technique name, which is actually the technique id, and not displayed in the interface (easiest way to find it: grep -r "technique human name" /var/rudder/configuration-repository/techniques and extract the technique id from the path
