Description
Like #4558, this is very very slow to access a change request by the URL if the number exceed around 1000 entries.
The only direct way is to use the link on the Rule or Directive concern with the change.
Rudder 2.11.1 is affected but I'm not sure about Rudder 2.10.. and I don't believe than 2.9 is not affected (because I used to write URL to access them on 2.9).
