Description
I created a tehcnique "service start", and applied it on all node
Policy generation failed because of duplicate bundle name "service_name" :(

Checking for that at technique creation won't prevent a breaking if we add a generic method with that name latter on. Name space is the standard answer to that kind of problems, but well...

It's still easy (even if unconvenient) to workaround: clone technique and set an other ID.
